Senior Involvement
Source Water Protection Program US EPA's Region VI is supporting 15 EASI SECs throughout its five states, including a pilot project for volunteers using handheld transponders to locate "ghost tanks" and plot wellhead delination data. This regionally based project draws on senior volunteers as coordinators and trainers and uses the experiences of 10 other SECs that have implemented the model program for four years.
